More oil than friends?

Over at William Burroughs' Baboon, a post on the finite nature of the World's oil supply:

"The USA does not line up in the queue for oil from Saudi Arabia like a normal customer. They stand first in queue. They have ensured the continuance of the Saudi regime in return."
