Amnesty International reckon Howard is just like Mugabe:

Prime Minister John Howard finds himself alongside Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe in an Amnesty International report which says they are among short-sighted fear-mongers dividing the world.

Well, you may find a difference in the fact that Mugabe is a killer of his people and Howard only looks killer in his Green and Gold tracky daks.
