I’m sure Bush & Co. would agree. After all, the CIA is broken (as well) and can no longer be relied upon. For them, the CIA is superfluous. Rummy's Pentagon will step in with a new acronym behind him (JSOC, SOCOM etc..) to advance future cases for war.
