Habib to return to Australia today

"President of the Centre for Constitutional Rights in New York, Michael Ratner, says they will be considering compensation claims against both the US and Australian Governments. And he says he wants to know why Mr Habib spent three years in US detention without charge.

MICHAEL RATNER: If they were doing their job, would he have really spent three years in jail? Would he have been sent to Egypt for six months of torture?"
