The Iraq meat grinder, still churns

Laws tightened as bomb kills seven US troops

"None of the seven soldiers in the vehicle survived the blast, in northwestern Baghdad around 6pm local time (0200 AEDT), said Captain Patricia Brewer, a spokeswoman in Baghdad for the coalition forces.

"Seven US solders were killed in Baghdad when their Bradley Fighting Vehicle was hit with an IED," she said, using the military initials for improvised explosive device."

Seems IED's are becoming more powerful. Even with armour, didn't stand a chance. We can expect at least another 10 years of this: the new & improved Gaza strip.

Nice work Dubya, ya stooge.
