Howard moves on detention to rein in MPs;

A spokesman for the Immigration Department said Mr Qasim was likely to be transferred to the Glenside Hospital in Adelaide in the next few days. He is suffering from depression after being in detention for seven years. He says he is from Indian Kashmir, something the Government does not accept.

Apparently, Qasim has given three different answers to the question of "where are you from?"

Apparently, he was asked the question in three different ways by immigration officials.
