Yeah, thought so.

"No Australian official who had access to Australian terror suspect Mamdouh Habib witnessed any abuse against him while he was held in Pakistan in October 2002, the federal government said."

According to Ruddock, there is a difference of views. One is based on reality, the other, well.. we are a World at war and Ruddock is a politicil leader. According to the apologists, he wouldn't be doing his job if he told the truth.

A quick glance at the scoreboard, to date and you would be an absolute goose to assume they have not been tortured.
