US denies lack of post-war plans;

"We disagree with the characterisation. There was significant post-war planning," said David Almacy, a White House spokesman.

The way I see it, the only thing these crooks planned for.. was a civil war. But I'm a pessimist, as opposed from a sycophant to power.

Liars or just incompetent (liars - considering what the anti-war crew have already pointed out and the Downing Street Memo proves)?
